Julia Muscarello is a graphic designer with backgrounds in photography, illustration, and art direction from Chicago, Illinois.
She graduated from St. Norbert College in 2014, majoring in Art with an emphasis in graphic design, minored in French, and also played on the Division III Collegiate Women’s Ice Hockey team. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy during her fall semester of her junior year.
Julia is currently a Product Designer for Wilson Sporting Goods in Chicago, Illinois. She concepts and designs on-ball graphics for basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, and footballs. Previously, she was a Designer at Schafer Condon Carter in Chicago and designed artwork for clients such as the Chicago Cubs, Indiana Pacers, and Johnson & Johnson.
A multi-sport athlete her whole life, her motivation to work the hardest and overcome adversity transfers to her life in the workplace seamlessly. She thrives in a teamwork setting and others can depend on her to get the job done right and quickly.
Outside of designing for Wilson, Julia also works as a part-time Youth Hockey Instructor with the Chicago Blackhawks at Fifth Third Arena.
You’ll either find her at the ice rink playing hockey for one of the city’s men’s league teams, giving Jeep Waves to fellow Wrangler owners, or trying out all kinds of Chicago neighborhood restaurants.
